All our products are produced in New Zealand and carry the "Buy NZ Made' Logo. We offer a 100% guarantee so you can buy with confidence. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please let us know as soon as possible and we will do what we can to help.

Returns and Exchanges

Goods may be exchanged if returned un-used and in the original packaging within 20 days of purchase. PLEASE do not open any packaging that is non-resealable if you wish to exchange.

Goods returned to us are at your expense. If faulty we will replace or exchange them and refund the cost of return postage. Please see contact page for details of return address.

Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (NZ only) and freight.. Sew Lovely reserves the right to change prices without notice. All transactions are billed in New Zealand dollars.

Shipping and Delivery

FREE shipping worldwide. Freight is via International Air. Please note this service is not tracked, however no items have yet been lost. If your order is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible. We try to have your order ready within three working days (unless advised with article write-up). Holiday times do affect postal deliveries so please keep this in mind -  especially at Xmas.

Taxes and Duty

Please note that international orders may incur a variety of local import taxes, customs, duty etc. Sew Lovely is not responsible for these payments or charges imposed once the package reaches your country. These charges are not included in your payment to Sew Lovely. If there are any queries regarding the charging of taxes, duties etc please check within your country before ordering.
